In Beijing City real estate rapid development at the same time will inevitably bring some the problem of price fluctuation. This research is mainly through the analysis of questionnaire on Influencing Factors of real estate price in Beijing City, in order to grasp the market situation, clear the current Beijing City real estate market problems, and puts forward the solutions.
