哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract The main purpose of the subject is to resolve the sealed reliability of lead-acid battery terminal ，which is cooperated by Harbin coslight storage battery Co., Ltd.and Heilongjiang institute of Petrochemistry in 2001.The subject was verified at the beginning of 2004 and was used in well-known companies of battery，such as Harbin coslight storage battery Co., Ltd and Zhejiang WoLong DengTa power Source Co., Ltd. The final product of the subject ( MJ-2003 sealant ) have reached the some performance of the similar product (XNR3114、XNR3196) produced by Japan Nagase company. In this paper, acrylate oligomers containing epoxy groups were synthesized by solution polymerization method and optimum technological conditions were determined. The chemical structure of products were characterized by IR spectroscopy and it is determined that the products were target compounds. In modified system of the BA-GMA, the toughening effects are excellent when the GMA content is 20~25mass% and the oligomer content is 10mass%. While the GMA content is high or low, the toughening effects are not ideal. The compatibility between oligomer and epoxy resin can be improved by introducing –CN into the system. When the AN content is 15~20mass%, the GMA content is 10mass% and the oligomer content is 10mass%, the synthetical properties of BA-AN-GMA modified system are excellent. The observations of BA-AN-GMA modified system by SEM show that when the oligomer content is 10mass%, the rubber particles are uniformly distributed throughout the matrix. The particles size are in the range of 0.5~1μm. With the increase of oligomer content, the size of holes increases obviously, dispersed particles become concentrated and the toughening effects are poor, because the presence of agglomerates acts as defects and initiates catastrophic failure.
