PAGE PAGE I 本科生毕业论文（设计） O2O模式下社区电子商务模式研究 ——以社区001为例 姓　名 学　号 专　业 物流管理 指导教师 2014 PAGE 摘 要 随着经济全球化的不断发展和市场竞争的日益激烈，成本控制成为我国制造企业建立竞争优势的关键，特别是中小制造企业的成本控制。在我国劳动力成本持续上升，原材料价格上升的情况下，物流成本控制成为成本控制的最主要方面。而我国制造企业历来“重生产轻流通”，导致物流成本居高不下，这也成为我国企业与跨国公司竞争时的致命短板。当前我国中小制造企业对物流活动的研究还不完善，对物流成本的揭示还不够透彻，物流方面的浪费无法得到有效控制，很多中小制造企业还没有一套科学的物流成本控制设计方案。有必要通过研究，分析当前各中小制造企业在物流成本控制中存在的问题，从采购成本、库存成本、配送成本这三个中小企业急需解决的问题入手，提出改进、设计和实施的方案，以利于降低中小制造企业的物流成本，增强中国中小制造企业的竞争力。 关键词：中小制造企业；物流成本；成本控制 Abstract With the development of economic globalization and more and more fierce competition， it’s the key to control cost to establish competitive advantages in China’s manufacturing enterprises， especially the cost control in small and medium-sized enterprises， which links to the competition of Chinese enterprises， the development of the national economy and labor transfer and so on. Nevertheless， the phenomenon that manufacturing enterprises pay attention to production but don’t attach importance to circulation contributes to the high logistics cost， which also becomes the fatal weakness of the competition between Chinese enterprises and multinational corporations. Nowadays， in Chinese manufacturing enterprises， it is not perfect to research logistics activity and not thorough to reveal logistics cost. Besides， the waste in logistics can’t get effective control. In addition， there are not a set of scientific design of logistics cost control in many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. The problems about logistics cost control in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are analyzed through researching in this article. Starting with procurement cost， inventory cost and delivery cost， it designs and provides a set of implementation plan to reduce logistic cost and enhance the competitiveness in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
