PAGE 1 精品 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目:基于FANUC数控系统轴承内圆 磨床电气控制系统的设计 学生姓名: 基于FANUC数控系统轴承内圆磨床 电气控制系统的设计 摘要: 现代工业生产中,基于FANUC数控系统的优越性和广泛性以 及对机械零件的加工精度和表面粗糙度的要求日益提高,FANUC数控系统与磨床二者的紧密结合在生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用,有着广阔的市场前景。 FANUC数控系统功能强,适用性广。本论文采用FANUC数控系统,以轴承内圆磨床为控制对象,对机床电气控制系统进行设计。论文在详细介绍了FANUC系统及其硬件连接资料、FANUC PMC梯形图编程及其他相关资料的基础上,主要从硬件和软件两个方面对设计进行了详尽地阐述。 硬件方面,对FANUC数控磨床控制系统电气原理图、机床操作面板进行了设计,并说明了相关电路的工作原理;软件方面,分别编制了机床操作面板程序、机床本体控制程序、磨床部分程序等。 通过本文,可以很明了的透视FANUC系统的各个模块和功能,为以后开发系统奠定坚实的基础。 关键词:FANUC数控系统;电气控制;PMC编程;磨床 Abstract: In the manufacturing production of modern age, based on the superiority and universality of NC Systems of FANUC Series and precision mechanical parts and surface roughness of the increasing requirements,see the tightly combinations of NC Systems of FANUC Series and Grinding machine are playing a more and more important part in the production.They have broad market prospects. ? NC Systems of FANUC Series have very powerful functions and widely applicability. The thesis is about a design of machine tool electric control system, which takes NC Systems of FANUC Series as CNC and Internal Grinder for Bearing as control object. The paper mainly described the design of the system in detail from two aspects of hardware and software, after a detailed introduction of the material of hardware connection of the NC Systems of FANUC Series ,programming about trapezium pictures of FANUC PMC and other useful materials. From the aspect of hardware, there are designs of electric elementary diagrams of FANUC CNC Grinder control system and control panel of machine tool. Besides that, there are some detailed explanations about principle of work of some useful circuits. From the aspect of software, many programs have been compiled, such as the program about operated panel of machine tool, controlling on noumenon of machine tool and some programs of Grinder. From this thesis, we can see each module of FANUC system
