w 学号:×××× ×××××× 学 院 毕业设计(论文) (××××届) 题 目 色谱分离法富集果糖的研究 学 生 ×××× 学 院 ×××××× 专 业 班 级 ×××× 校内指导教师 ×××× 专业技术职务 副教授 校内指导教师 ××× 专业技术职务 讲师 w 色谱分离法富集果糖的研究 摘 要:本文研究将果糖和葡萄糖的混合溶液用吸附分离法进行分离的过程。果葡糖浆溶液流经钙型离子交换树脂床层,利用钙型离子交换树脂对果糖的亲和力大于葡萄糖的性能,进行色谱分离。用蒸馏水为洗脱剂,依次得到纯度较高的葡萄糖和果糖溶液。用比旋光度法测定流出液中的果糖含量。研究了固定床间歇分离和简易模拟移动床连续分离果葡糖浆的过程。简易模拟移动床分为吸附区、提纯区和洗脱区,能够实现色谱分离过程的连续化,为自动控制的旋转阀式模拟移动床建立了理论基础。简单介绍了旋转阀式模拟移动床的工作原理。 关键词:果糖;离子交换树脂;色谱分离;模拟移动床 Research on Enrichment of Fructose by Chromatographic Separation Abstract:A process for the chromatographic separation of an aqueous mixture of fructose and glucose, in which the mixture is contacted with an calcium ion-exchange resin, eluted through the resin bed under conditions such that calcium ion-exchange resin have a stronger affinity for fructose than glucose, so there can be obtained separated product streams containing high proportions of glucose and fructose respectively with distilled water as eluant. The contents of the fructose in the effluent samples were calculated according to the values of their specific rotation. In this research, chromatographic separation of fructose-glucose by a batchwise fixed bed and continuous simplified simulated moving bed were investigated. The simplified simulated moving bed can be divided into desorption, purification and adsorption zones, through which continuous chromatographic separation can be achieved. Thus laid a theoretical foundation for the adoption of an automatically controlled simulated moving bed device equipped with a rotary valve. The fundamental principles of witch were also briefly introduced in this thesis.
