110kV电力变压器结构与电磁计算 摘要 电力变压器是电力系统中的一种重要设备,其发展趋势是提高可靠性、节省材料、低损耗水平,明显缩短产品的设计周期、降低生产成本和提高产品的质量,从而增强产品的市场竞争力,取得显著的社会经济效益,因此电力变压器的电磁计算就显得尤为重要。 本文在参考大量文献的基础上,分析了我国电力变压器行业的现状和发展趋势,阐述了电力变压器的基本原理和基本结构特征,根据电力变压器设计的基本思路,按照目前变压器设计的一般方法,完成了一台40000kVA/110kV有载调压电力变压器的计算工作,主要内容包括阻抗电压、空载、负载损耗、温升、短路电动力等的计算。电磁计算结果满足国家标准和技术参数的要求。本文还针对电力变压器的空载损耗、负载损耗、噪音、温升、局放、渗漏及抗短能力,介绍了如何改进变压器的结构以降低空载损耗和负载损耗、噪音、局放及提高抗短路能力,并达到防渗漏的效果。 关键词 电力变压器;电磁计算;结构改进 The Structure and Electromagnetical Calculation of 110kV Power Transformer Abstract The further development of power transformer, which is an important equipment in power system, is to improve the liability, save material and reduce loss, obviously shorten product design period, reduce the cost, improve product quality, strengthen the market competitiveness and gain distinct economic performance. Therefore, the electromagnetical calculation of power transformer is especially important. Based on the information and extensive literature, this article analyzes the present basic principle and basic structure of power transformer, and also, the present situation and the development of our country’s power transformer industry. According to the general designing method and the basic designing ideas of power transformer, a whole electromagnetic calculation of a 40000kVA/110kV OLTC power transformer has been completed in the article. The results of the electromagnetic calculation meet the requirements of national standards and technical parameters, including the main contents of impedance voltage, load and no-load loss, temperature rise, short-circuit electromagnetical force and so on. As development of Chinese transformer manufacture technology, the manufacture technique of 110kV domestic power transformer is being close to or reach to the advanced level of foreign transformer. This article introduces how to improve the structure of the transformer in order to reduce no-load loss, load loss, noise, PD, the magnetic leakage and to improve the anti-short-circuit cap
