┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 毕业设计 韩国料理店在中国发展现状 及前景分析 作 者 专 业 班 级 学 号 指导老师 日 期 摘 要 中韩两国自1992年8月24日建交以来，随着两国间贸易往来日益增加，越来越多的韩国人来到中国寻求发展，一些韩国料理店也应运而生。本文通过走访调研、文献资料查证等方式，对韩国料理店在中国的发展现状及前景进行了探究，结果表明在全国的3000多个大中城市韩国料理店都有分布，其中主要集中在我国朝鲜族聚居的东北地区；青岛、大连、南京、广州等近海城市以及北京、上海等国际大都市。由于市场需求尚未饱和，因此其在中国的发展前景依然很乐观。在探究的过程中，笔者还发现了一些制约韩国料理店在中国发展的问题，并提出了相应的改进策略，希望对有愿在中国发展韩国餐饮业的读者提供一定的参考价值。 关键词：韩国料理店；中国；发展现状；前景 Abstract Since China and South Korea established in August 24, 1992 diplomatic relationship, along with the increasing trade between the two countries, more and more Koreans come to China to develop and at the same time many Korean restaurants have emerged. By visit, investigation and documentation, the paper studies the current development and the future of Korean restaurants in China. The results show that Korean restaurants distributed in more than 3,000 cities, mainly in North China, where Chaoxian nationality live together and Qingdao, Dalian, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and other metropolis. As market demand has not been wholly met, its future in China remains very optimistic. In the study, the writer also found a number of problems which constraining the development of Korean restaurants in China. The paper proposes improving strategies, expecting to provide a reference to the readers that will operate Korean restaurants in China.
