PAGE PAGE V 摘 要 在全球经济竞争异常激烈的今天，质量水平的高低可以说是一个国家经济、科技、教育和管理水平的综合反映。当今市场环境的特点之一是用户对产品质量的要求越来越高。在这种情况下，就更要求企业将提高产品质量作为重要的经营战略和生产运作战略之一。 在对美的微波炉公司总装车间质量改善的研究过程中，综合运用了质量改善的各种手法，其中以QC七大书法中的排列图和因果图为主，利用质量改进的原则，通过绘制排列图和因果图，结合现场记录的有效参数，根据微波炉装配中出现的问题，制订了新的合理的改善方案，并对此方案进行分析评价，达到了提高产品质量，提高生产率，降低成本的目的，避免返工现象，使生产效率大大增加，废品回收得到及时处理，使生产线的平衡得到了提高。 关键词: 质量管理； 质量改善； QC七大手法 Abstract In todays fiercely competitive global economy, the quality level of the comprehensive reflection of a national economy, science and technology, education and management level.One of the features in todays market environment is increasingly high demand for product quality.In this case, the more requires enterprises to improve product quality as one of the important business strategy and manufacturing operations strategy. In the quality of the assembly shop of the microwave company to improve the course of the study, the integrated use of quality improvement in a variety of methods, including Pareto charts and cause and effect diagram in the seven QC calligraphy.the use of the principle of quality improvement, arranged by drawing diagrams and cause and effect diagram, combined with the effective parameters of the field notes, according to the problems in the microwave assembly to formulate a reasonable improvement program, and program analysis and evaluation to achieve a reduction to improve product quality, increase productivity, reduce costs the purpose of avoiding rework, production efficiency is greatly increased, and the recycling, so that the balance of the production line has been improved.
