中国设施农业现状及发展战略 摘要：本文以设施农业的发展背景分析为基础，介绍了目前国际上在温室智能化管理、节能与新能源利用、高效栽培、植物工厂和温室机器人等设施农业关键技术领域的发展趋势，对我国设施农业的研究现状和问题进行了系统阐述。针对目前我国设施农业存在的问题，提出了今后应重点在温室结构优化与新型材料开发、基于作物生长模型的温室数据采集与智能化控制、温室高效生产综合配套技术、温室节能与资源高效利用以及植物工厂等方面进行优先研究的发展战略和建议。 关键词：设施农业 温室管理 植物工厂 资源高效利用 The research situation and development strategy of controlled environmental agriculture in China Yang Qi-chang Sun Zhong-fu Wei Ling-ling Liu Wen-ke Bao Shun-shu Cheng Rui-feng （Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development in Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing 100081） Abstract: Based on the background analysis of controlled environmental agriculture（CEA）, current research situation and development trend on intelligence management of greenhouse, saving-energy technology, efficient cultivation, plant factory, greenhouse robot and other new technologies were illuminated deeply. Aiming at the existent problem of controlled environmental agriculture（CEA） in china, the priority research projects , including greenhouse structure optimization, new materials development, date acquisition and intelligent control based on the crop growth model, synthesis technique of efficient cultivation, saving-energy engineering, efficient using of resource and plant factory, were suggested. Moreover, the suggestions to develop controlled environmental agriculture（CEA） in China were also put forward. Key words: Controlled environmental agriculture（CEA）；Greenhouse management；Plant factory； Efficient cultivation 1 背景和意义[1] 设施农业，是在环境相对可控条件下，采用工程技术手段，进行动植物高效生产的一种现代农业方式。虽然设施农业涵盖设施种植、设施养殖和设施食用菌等产业，但更多的情况下人们常常特指设施种植业。在国际的称谓上，欧洲、日本等通常使用“设施农业（Protected Agriculture）”这一概念，美国等通常使用“可控环境农业（Controlled Environmental Agriculture）”一词，我国在“九五”期间曾经使用过“工厂化农业(Industrialized Agriculture)”的概念[1]。所有这些名称，约定俗成，只是文字表达上的差异，其实内容是基本一致的。由于设施农业是在环境相对可控条件下进行生产，因而可以完全或部分地摆脱自然条件的束缚，使生物种性与遗传潜力得以充分发挥，达到提高资源利用率、劳动生产率和社会经济效益的目的。20世纪60年代以来，随着现代工业向农业的渗透，设施农业在荷兰、日本和以色列等一些发达国家迅速发展，并形成了强大的支柱产业。目前，这些国家在设施
