及 COX-2 在食管不典型增生及 ESCC 中表达上调，两者关系密切且呈正相关提示 两者共同参与 ESCC 的发生，COX-2 可能上调 cyclin D1 的表达。 [关键词]：食管不典型增生，ESCC ，cyclin D1，COX-2 2 The expression of cyclin D1、COX-2 in esophageal dysplastic epithelium and squamous cell carcinoma and its significance Abstract Aim: In this study, the expression of COX-2 and cyclin D1 in esophageal dysplastic epithelium and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) was investigated as to elucidate the potential mechanism of COX-2 and cyclin D1 in ESCC. Method:The total 90 esophagus samples were abtained from endoscopy and surgerical remevment,included normal esophageal epithelium as control group(10)、mild dysplasia （20 ）、severe dysplasia （20 ） and ESCC (40); All the species were taken convential pathological sections and diagnosed by two experiental pathologists;The expression of COX-2 and cyclin D1 was detected by immunohistochemical Elivision method and then we evaluated the correlation between the expression and the severity of dysplasia and ESCC;The datas were analysed by the statistic software SPSS14.0, ranked ordinal dates were analysed by Kruskal-Wallis H test and Nemenyi test was used for the further analysis; Spearman correlation test was used to analyse the correlation between cyclin D1 and COX-2;P value less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant. Result(1)cyclin D1:the positive expression rate of cyclin D1 in normal esophageal epithelium、mild dysplasia 、severe dysplasia and ESCC is 10 ﹪（1/10）、25 ﹪（5/20 ）、 90 ﹪ （ 18/20 ） and 95 ﹪ （ 38/40 ） respectively,the difference has statistic significance(H=49.4，P0.05);cyclin D1 is considered to overexpress in the esophageal severe dysplatic epi
