妊娠期输尿管结石20例治疗和分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠期输尿管结石治疗效果。方法 20例妊娠期输尿管结石患者， 采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组， 每组10例， 对照组患者予以止痛、抗感染、解痉及解石水化等保守治疗方法， 观察组患者予以经气压弹道碎石术进行治疗， 观察两组患者治疗疗效。结果 观察组患者治愈率和总有效率分别为70.00%、90.00%， 对照组患者治愈率和总有效率分别为20.00%、70.00%。观察组总有效率略高于对照组， 但差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.2500， P=0.26360.05）；观察组治愈率明显高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.0505， P=0.02460.05）。结论 输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗妊娠期输尿管结石安全有效， 临床应用前景广阔。 　　【关键词】 妊娠期；输尿管结石；气压弹道碎石术 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.17.021 　　Treatment and analysis of 20 cases with ureteral calculus in gestation period ZHAO Hong-qi， CHEN Wen-zhong， WANG Dan， et al. Methods A total of 20 patients with ureteral calculus in gestation period were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 10 cases in each group. The control group received conservative therapy by analgesia， anti-infection， spasmolysis， lithotrity and hydration， and the observation group received pneumatic lithotripsy for treatment. Curative effects were observed in the two groups. Results The observation group had cure rate and total effective rate respectively as 70.00% and 90.00%， and the control group had cure rate and total effective rate respectively as 20.00% and 70.00%. The observation group had slightly higher total effective rate than the control group， while their difference had no statistical significance （χ2=1.2500， P=0.26360.05）. The observation group had obviously higher cure rate than the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （χ2=5.0505， P=0.02460.05）.
