西安培华学院 本科毕业论文（设计） 国际技术性贸易壁垒对我国广东外贸的影响及对策分析题目 国际技术性贸易壁垒对我国广东外贸的影响及对策分析 题目 姓 名 姓 名 郭沙沙 院 系 国际商学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 学 号 8B071334 指导老师 郝渊晓 摘 要 2008年下半年，随着美国次贷危机影响的扩散，金融危机全面爆发，世界经济下滑，，这加剧了国外相关产业的压力，全球掀起了一股贸易保护主义的风潮，也造成了我国与外国贸易的摩擦增多。就贸易摩擦方式而言，关税、配额许可证已经不是主要的关注点，一种以保护人类健康、生态环境和消费者权益为理由而实施的新的贸易壁垒——技术性贸易壁垒越来越成为影响我国出口贸易的主要因素。 广东经济是典型的外向型经济，地区生产总值对外贸易进出口的依赖程度很高。2009年，随着中国成为世界第一出口大国，广东也成为技术性贸易壁垒的重灾区。因此，现阶段加强对广东所受技术性贸易壁垒影响及应对策略的研究，具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本课题将会结合当前技术性贸易壁垒的发展特征以及愈演愈烈的原因，针对广东省对外贸易的特点，从而提出一些广东省外贸发展发展策略。 关键词；技术性贸易壁垒；对外贸易；广东 Abstract In the latter half of 2008,as the U.S. sub-prime mortage crisis spread rapidly to the world, the international financial crisis broke out. Economic growth declines all over the world, the international economy situation remained low, which exacerbated the pressure on foreign-related industries.A wave of trade protectionism spreads the global.It also cause trade frictions between China and foreign countries increased. In terms of forms of trade friction, tariffs, quota permits are no longer a majoy concern.A new trade barrier which is implemented in order to protect human health, ecological environment and consumer rights,technical barriers to trade(TBT), is the most important factor to affect our export trade. In 2009,China becames No.1 export country in the world.At the same time,it pushed itself to reach the peak of suffering from TBT around the world.Guangdongs economy is typical of the export-oriented,and even Guangdong is the hardest-hit area suffering TBT. Thereore, it’s of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the Guangdong’ s effects from TBT and strategies. This paper will combine the characteristics of the current development of TBT and the reasons for intensified.Aim at the characteristics of foreign trade of Guangdong, we will put forward some proposals development for foreign trade in Guangdong Province .
