基于solidworks技术的二级减速器三维造型设计 摘 要 减速器作为一种重要的动力传递装置，在机械化生产中起着不可替代的作用。目前在减速器的设计领域，研究开发以产品设计为目标，全过程综合应用CAD及其相关的一体化集成技术已成为必然趋势。这对于减速器的三维综合设计及模拟仿真，对提高减速器设计技术水平、快速响应市场要求有着十分重要的意义。由于减速器内部结构复杂，如果单独用二维看上去不能一目了然，三维造型设计就解决了这样的一个问题，它能把减速器的关键部件很清晰的展现出来。因此，通过减速器的三维造型设计来研究三维造型设计技术具有很强的代表性。 本设计以SolidWorks软件为主，并结合AutoCAD、CAXA电子图板等二维绘图软件，设计了一个二级圆柱齿轮减速器，实现了减速器的三维模型生成，以及由此生成二维工程图的设计思想。通过该软件特有的三维设计功能，检查、优化设计方案，实现了减速器的运动仿真，完成了减速器在计算机中的模拟设计。 关键词：solidworks技术；减速器；三维造型 Design of the Three-Dimensional Of the Two Reducer Based on Solidworks Abstract Reducer as an important driving force transmission device, in the mechanized production plays an irreplaceable role.
