Abstract This design is a 1500/30 tons carcass meat cold storage project in NanPing FuJian .The refrigerant is the ammonia in this cold storage . The ammonia pump supports the liquid by force.The freezing storage is divided into two rooms and the capability of each frozen room is daily 15 tons.The cold storage is divided into two rooms and the capability of each cold room is 750 tons .The main task of the design is drawing up the plane of the freezen storage and cold storage determinating the wall structure of cold storage caculating the thickness of the thermal insulation layer load caculation and so on. Finally according to the calculation of cold load it is necessary to choose the equipments of refrigerant system and auxiliary equipment.And construction drawing is drawn based on the craft requirement.
