The object involved in this paper-Dongguo Environment Protection is just such a enterprise. Established two years ago, Dongguo has gone through the difficult months at the beginning and is in better business now. This is the result of the efforts of all Dongguo members, including Dr Zhao, the owner of this company. However’ it will limit Dongguo’s long- tenn healthy development, if following problems are not solved: no clear development direction, enhanced expectation of the staffs and the not strong competition advantage. Above mentioned questions can be referred to strategy of the company, which is the main topic of the paper. By study it will offer some ideas, suggestions and related measures for Dongguo^s development. This company has following characters: in growing stage, nature science as the privilege of the owner, mainly involved in environment protection, many staffs with the technical background, engineering companies or industrial enterprises as the customers, as agent of many foreign companies and so on. These will make the research ways and results in this paper be used for other companies, which are similar to Dongguo in one or more aspects, “Problem orientation” is the basic research way of the paper.
