丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心力衰竭临床的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研讨丹红注射液对糖尿病合并冠心病心力衰竭临床影响。方法 将20例糖尿病合并冠心病心力衰竭（慢性左心衰）住院患者患者作为对照组，用硝酸异山梨酯注射液，联合抗血小板药、β受体阻滞剂、降脂药等口服药物治疗。将40例糖尿病合并冠心病心力衰竭（慢性左心衰）住院患者患者设为观察组，在对照治疗的基础上用丹红注射液静滴治疗，治疗周期20 d，治疗前及治疗后做超声检测LVEF（左心室射血分数）、LV（左心室前后?剑┦?值，做心电图观察心肌缺血的改善程度。结果 实验组及对照组所有患者LVEF均55 mm，女性均50 mm。观察组和对照组治疗结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 丹红注射液联合硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心力衰竭能明显缓解左心室心力衰竭症状，反应左心功能的LVEF有明显改善，反应左心形态的LV有一定修复作用。 　　[关键词] 丹红；糖尿病；冠心病；硝酸异山梨酯；慢性心力衰竭 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）12（b）-0027-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical effect of Danhong injection in treatment of diabetes and heart failure caused by coronary artery disease. Methods 20 cases of patients with diabetes with heart failure caused by coronary artery？ disease were selected as the control group and were given the oral administration treatment of isosorbide dinitrate injection， combined platelet antiaggregatory drugs， β-blocker and lipid-lowering agents， and 40 cases of patients with heart failure caused by coronary artery disease were selected as the observation group and were treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group， and the treatment cycle was 20 days， and the LVEF and LV values were tested before and after treatment， and the improvement degree of ischemia myocardial was observed by the electrocardiogram. Results The LVEF of the two groups was less than 40%， belonging to the systolic heart failure， and the LV value was more than 55mm in male and more than 50mm in female， and there was an obvious difference in the treatment effect between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with isosorbide dinitrate injection in treatment of diabetes and heart failure caused by coronary artery disease can obviously relieve the ventriculus sinister heart failure symptoms， which reflects the LVEF of the left heart function is obviously improved and LV of left ventricular morphology has a certain rehabilitation effect. 　　[Key words] Danhong； Diabetes； Coro
