淮阴师范学院毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 3 毕 业 论 文 学生姓名 邱璐 学 号 学院 教育科学学院 专 业 学前教育 题 目 浅谈农村学前教育中的问题与对策 指导教师 郑慧俐 讲师/硕士 （姓 名） （专业技术职称/学位） （姓 名） （专业技术职称/学位） 2016 年 5 月 摘 要：儿童是祖国的未来，是祖国的花朵。学前教育对幼儿一生都有着重要的影响，所以我们要多关心祖国的下一代。随着经济的发展，国家对教育加大了重视。农村的学前教育与城市的学前教育的差距在不断的缩小，但其中还存在着不少的问题。本文我采用了问卷法，文献资料法、访谈法、比较研究法等对农村学前教育进行了研究。现在我在一所农村幼儿园实习，对当中存在着问题做了些分析，比如经费不足、师资力量匮乏、教师素质参差不齐、留守儿童较多、小学化严重、私自办园增多等。探究解决这一现状的对策，如政府要加强重视，加大对农村学前教育经费的投入；要关注留守儿童；提升幼儿教师的素质；对幼儿园实习严格的管理制度；合理规划幼儿园课程，促进幼儿全面发展等。政府、幼儿园、家长和老师一起努力解决农村学前教育的问题，早日实现中国教育的公平。 关键词：农村、学前教育 、问题、对策 Abstract: Children are the future of the motherland, is the flowers of the motherland. Pre-school education has an important impact on childrens life, so we should pay more attention to the next generation of the motherland. With the development of economy, the country pays more attention to the education. The gap between pre-school education in rural areas and urban pre-school education is narrowing, but there are still a lot of problems. In this paper, I used the questionnaire method, literature, interviews, comparative study of rural pre-school education. Now I in a rural kindergarten practice, the problems do some analysis, such as lack of funds, lack of qualified teachers, the uneven quality of teachers, there are many left behind children, elementary school is serious, privately run park increased. Explores the solutions to the countermeasures to this situation, for example, the government should pay more attention to, increase investment of rural preschool education funds; should focus on left behind children; improve the quality of preschool teachers; kindergarten practice a strict management system, rational planning of kindergarten curriculum and promote childrens all-round development. Government, kindergarten, parents and teachers work together to solve the problem of rural pre-school education, the early realization of Chinas education fair.
