PAGE PAGE 40 某CNG加气站的干粉灭火系统设计 摘要：随着汽车工业的不断发展和车辆数量的增加，汽车尾气的排放对大气环境的污染也进一步加剧。随着天然气资源的开发利用，为改善汽油、柴油燃烧后对环境造成的污染，压缩天然气汽车得到了广泛的推广和应用，CNG加气站也随之建立，以满足天然气汽车燃料的需要。然而，由于天然气属于易燃易爆性气体，加上加气站的建设、钢瓶的质量和安全管理等因素的存在，CNG加气站存在较大的火灾爆炸危险隐患。本文通过对某CNG加气站的全面分析，对其灭火系统进行设计。根据该加气站的情况和消防专业知识，决定采用干粉灭火系统，本文主要通过对干粉用量的计算、管网的计算和系统的组成进行分析来完成设计。然后对该灭火系统和实际情况进行比较，对存在的各类火灾事故隐患提出安全措施，以有效的杜绝这类事故的发生。 关键词：CNG加气站 灭火 系统 设计 The design of one CNG filling station’s powder extinguishing system Abstract: As the continuous development of auto industry and the adding number of vehicles, the automobile exhaust emission of atmospheric environment pollution is further intensified. With the development and utilization of natural gas resources, for improved gasoline and diesel combustion on environmental pollution, compressed natural gas car widely popularized and applied, in order to meet the needs of natural gas vehicle fuel, CNG filling stations are also set up. However, as natural gas belongs to inflammable and explosive gas, adding the existing factors of the filling station’s construction, the cylinder’s quality and safety management and so on. The CNG filling station is being in the large fire and explosion danger hidden trouble. This thesis is based on the comprehensive analysis of one CNG filling station, making it a extinguishing system design. According to the condition of the filling station and the fire professional knowledge, it decides to use powder extinguishing system. The paper through the analysis of the calculation of the powder’s dosage, the calculation of the pipe network and the compositions of the system to complete the design. Than comparing the extinguishing system with the actual conditions, proposing safety measures to the fire hidden trouble, to effectively eliminate this kind of accident.
