The research history, application studies and prospects in China was introduced briefly and summarized from several aspects, including biological characteristics research, pesticide resistance of different stages of the wasps, pest control test from the laborary and experimental plot to artificial breeding of the wasp on a large scale and release the parasitic wasps in field over large areas, attractant research and applicating tests of the parasites, etc. Through analysis and discussion, author forecasted the application research direction of the microgastrinous wasps in future.
