溶胶-凝胶法制备镧掺杂锶铁氧体

PAGE 6 摘 要 制备SrLaxFe12-xO19,系统的研究了La3+ 取代Fe3+对M型六角铁氧体的结构和磁性的影响。La3+ 离子取代部分的Fe3+离子能明显改善M型铁氧体的比饱和磁化强度和内禀矫顽力。目前国际上有很多这方面的研究,例如用镧、钴、锌及几种元素的混合搀杂对铁氧体磁性能的影响,并取得了很大的进步。本实验采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备镧掺杂锶铁氧体。首先,按化学式SrLaxFe12-xO19(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)要求设计配方,选择适合的药品来制备。其次,就要用溶胶-凝胶法将药品进行水浴、烘干等处理,值得铁氧体固体。然后利用TGA/SDTA851差热分析仪进行差热分析,通过分析图谱可以得知在225℃、343℃时,出现了较大的峰,说明有机物在这两个温度下被大量分解掉,剩余的物质理应就是铁氧体粉体。据此分析,压片后利用JDAW-2000B型振动样品磁强计对在各温度点下煅烧后的铁氧体进行磁性能测试,最终得到结果对结果进行了分析,并讨论了镧的掺杂量对锶铁氧体磁性强弱的关系等。在x=0.02,1000℃下煅烧2h得到的镧掺杂锶铁氧体的内禀矫顽力和比饱和磁性能都达到四个值中的最大,故在此条件掺杂量最优。 关键词:溶胶-凝胶 锶铁氧体 铁磁性 镧掺杂 ABSTRACT Preparation SrLaxFe12-xO19, systematic study of the Fe3 + on La3 + substituted M-type hexagonal ferrite structure and magnetic properties. There are a lot of current international research in this area, for example, lanthanum, cobalt, zinc, and several elements of the hybrid mixed impact on Ferrites, and made great progress. In this study, sol - gel method to prepare doped lanthanum strontium ferrite. First of all, according to chemical formula SrLaxFe12-xO19 (x = 0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08) to design formulation, selection of appropriate drugs to prepare. Secondly, we must use the sol - gel method products for bath, drying and other processing, it is worth ferrite solid. Then TGA/SDTA851 differential thermal analyzer DTA, by analyzing the map can see that at 225 ℃, 343 ℃, the emergence of large peaks, indicating organic matter in these two temperatures were a lot of broken down, the remaining ferrite powder material is supposed to.
