PAGE 28 摘 要 随着我国经济的不断发展，建筑业也得到了飞速的发展，在国民经济中起到了越来越重要的作用。施工项目质量的好坏直接关系到国家财产与人民生命安全，关系到建筑企业的长久发展，关系到工程的适用性和社会效益性。了解和掌握施工项目质量管理中的各种问题，提出各种对策来解决这些问题，提高施工项目的安全性，将具有非常重要的意义。本文对首先介绍了国内外工程质量管理的现状和意义，然后从开发商质量管理控制、建设工程勘察设计阶段的质量控制、建筑施工的质量管理控制、施工项目施工质量验收等几个方面详细分析了施工项目质量管理中存在的问题，然后提出相应的解决对此和合理的管理方式，尽量避免这些质量管理问题再出现在以后的建设工程中，以提高施工项目质量的作用，本文的研究对实际工程质量管理将有一定的帮助作用。 关键词 ： 施工项目； 质量管理； 质量问题； Abstract With the continuous development of China economy, the construction industry has also been rapid development and played an increasingly important role in the national economy.
