中文摘要 目的：总结“主客交”理论的内涵和外延，用该理论探讨艾滋病的病因、病 机、发病、临床表现、治疗、用药。应用“主客交”理论提出艾滋病的临床治疗 方案，丰富艾滋病的中医理论。 方法：通过文献综合并结合临床实证分析方法，归纳出“主客交”理论的定 义、病因病机、临床表现及治疗方法。通过对艾滋病的发病特点、临床表现及其 病因病机的分析说明艾滋病的复杂临床表现符合“主客交”理论。 结果：“主客交”理论出自吴又可《瘟疫论》，后世间有发挥，并用于多种疾 病的治疗。艾滋病病程中表现出主客疾病间杂，阴阳失衡，脏腑功能紊乱或症状 不显等特点。其病因病机、发病特点、临床表现都符合“主客交”疾病的特点。 结论：“主客交”理论与艾滋病的关系仅限于理论研究，主要侧重于本病的 中医病因、病机及治疗探讨。本文中提出的“分离主客，托客离主，正确祛扶， 和谐主客”原则有待在实践中进一步研究和完善。 关键词：主客交；艾滋病；病因病机；治疗 1 Abstract Object: Through a summary of the intensions and extensions of the theory of host-guest interaction, the author discusses AIDS’ etiology, pathogenesis, paroxysm, clinical manifestation, treatment and its administration. That is, the author applies the theory of host-guest interaction in proposing some new ideas for the treatment of AIDS as well as enriching TCM theories of AIDS. Methods: Through the study of analysis of literature combined with clinical practice, the author sums up the definition of the theory of host-guest interaction and its etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation and methods of treatment. Based on these analyses including that of the diseases clinical character, the author belongs the complicated manifestation of AIDS to the theory of host-guest interaction . Results: The theory of host-guest interaction comes from the literature The theory of plague written by Wu Youke. Practitioners in later dynasties renewed the theory and applied it to treat various kinds of diseases. In the course of AIDS, manifestations can be seen with characters like complicated relationships between the host and the guest, imbalance between yin and yang, disorders of zang-fu function or negative symptoms.The disease’s etiology, pathogenesis, features, clinical manifestations conform to the character of diseases of host-guest interaction. Conclusion: The link between AIDS and the theory of host and guest in this article is limited in theoretical study, with main focus on the diseases TCM etiology, pathogenesis and treatment.
