温冲汤治疗黄体功能不全所致不孕症临床的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨温冲汤治疗黄体功能不全所致不孕症的临床价值。方法 整群抽取2012年1月―2014年5月该院确诊的68例黄体功能不全性不孕症患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组34例。对照组给予患者克罗米芬治疗，观察组给予患者温冲汤等中药治疗，全程记录两组患者间基础体温、血清孕酮水平等各项指标。结果 观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者血清孕酮水平和基础体温优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 温冲汤治疗体功能不全所致不孕症有显著的临床疗效，值得临床大力推广与应用。 　　[关键词] 温冲汤；黄体功能不全；不孕症 　　[中图分类号] R271.14 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0176-02 　　Clinical Research on Wenchong Soup in Treatment of Infertilitas Feminis Resulted from Luteal Phase Defect 　　TANG Chuang-mei 　　Department of obstetrics and gynecology， The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College， Nanyang， Henan Province， 473000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical value of wenchong soup in treatment of infertilitas feminis resulted from luteal phase defect. Methods 68 cases of patients with infertilitas feminis resulted from luteal phase defect confirmed in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two group with 34 cases in each， the control group were given clomiphene treatment， the observation group were given wenchong soup treatment， the basal body temperatures， serum progesterone levels and other indicators of the two groups were fully recorded. Results The clinical curative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）； the serum progesterone level and basal body temperature in the observation group were better than those in the control group ， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
