本科毕业设计论文 摘 要 反倾销是GATT和世界贸易组织认定和许可的贸易保护措施。近年来，我国产品在国际赛场上屡造反倾销投诉，企业损失惨重，认清国外对我国产品反倾销指控的原因，并采取相应对策，已成为我国企业进一步拓宽国际市场的当务之急。针对这个情况，本文首先简要介绍了反倾销的定义、产生和国际发展趋势，以明确其法律内涵及危害，并详细阐明中国企业目前遭受反倾销的概况，指出国外对我国出口商品实施反倾销的四个特点。结合上述资料和现状，深层次分析中国企业遭遇反倾销的原因，分别从反倾销的制度效应、外在原因和自身不足三个方面论述。文章认为国际上滥用反倾销措施根本原因取决于其本身带来的各种效应，但重要的是我们不能仅看到外国对我国的歧视性措施，更应思考自身的原因。因此，解决反倾销问题，重点应探析中国企业防御和应对国外反倾销诉讼的措施，从微观角度针对性地给出具体建议。本文希望我国企业培养并形成的自己的核心竞争力，并强化反倾销意识，这样可以从根本上改变我国出口频频遭遇反倾销的状况。 关键词： 反倾销，中国企业，原因，对策 本科毕业设计论文 PAGE PAGE 8 ABSTRACT Anti-Dumping is a trade protective measure, which is recognized and permitted by GATT and the World Trade Organization. In recent years, our country’s products are repeatedly involved in the suit of Anti-Dumping in the international market, the enterprise loses seriously, clearly, it has become an urgent matter that recognizing the reason of overseas’ Anti-Dumping indictment to our country product and taking the corresponding countermeasure for our country’s enterprise to further to open up the international market. In view of this situation, this article first briefly introduced the definition, origin and the international development tendency of Anti-Dumping, to clear its legal connotation and the harm, and in detail expounding the general situation of the Chinese enterprises suffers the survey of Anti-Dumping at present, pointing out four characteristics of the overseas Anti-Dumping indictment to our country’s export commodity.
