既往的化疗药物治疗晚期胃癌的中位总生存期均在1年以下，ToGA研究是第一个治疗组生存期超过一年的晚期胃癌国际多中心III期临床研究，赫赛汀联合化疗组的中位OS达到13.8个月，而在HER2高表达患者中，赫赛汀联合化疗组的中位OS更是达到了16.0个月。具有跨时代的意义。 Reference： 1. Murad AM, et al.
