Abstract Based on analyzing the causes of large-scale and long-distance ribbon type engineering projection distortion, the projection distortion control measures are systematically studied and summarized in this paper. Besides, the coordinate adjustment process for the supporting terrain and line are also discussed. And moreover, the tolerance analysis of weakening route engineering projection distortion are put forwardcreatively. Through the analysis of conformal projection length deformation formula and related influence for the project construction, the program can be designed to optimize and solve longitude difference (D ) and compensation plane elevation(H ) with analyzing the j 0 comprehensive deformation formula of conformal projection lengths, which can optimize and establish one or more relatively independent, but unified dynamic projection method associated with national geodetic coordinate system. And what’s more, the projection method has compensation plane in the Gauss projection coordinate system of any projection zone. After project counter coordinate system been set up, coefficient of coordinate conversion formula can be calculated according to the control points which are provided by the surveyors under all kinds of coordinate systems. And then the transposition between different coordinate systems can be established in the program design,during checking the mean square error with conversion and selecting the optimal coefficient and control pile.
