HMGB1与Notchl在乳腺癌浸润和转移中的作用及其相关性 冷红刚1王力2孙伟(通讯 (1山东省潍坊医学院附属医院甲状腺乳腺外科潍坊山东261052) (2陕丙省泾阳县医院普通外科咸阳陕丙713700) 】目的:在乳腺癌组织中分别检测HMGB1和Notchl蛋白的表达, 分析其与临床病理特征之间的相关性,着重探讨乳腺癌浸润和转移过程中两者的 意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测HMGB1和Notchl蛋白在60例乳腺癌组织 及20例癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达情况,并分析两者与乳腺癌患者临床病理学 特征的关系。结果:HMGB1和Notchl蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达都高于癌旁正常 组织(P0.05}。HMGB1蛋白主要表达于细胞核中,少量可见细胞质;Notchl蛋 白主要表达于细胞质中。在乳腺癌组织中,HMGB1阳性表达率为76.67%(46/60), Notchl阳性表达率为80.00% (48/60);在癌旁正常组织中,HMGB1阳性表达率 为 15.00% (3/20), Notchl 阳性表达率为 10.00% (4/20)。HMGB1 和 Notchl 的 表达情况与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移、组织学分级、临床分期,均有关(P0.05,两 者在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.414, P=0.000)o结论:HMGB1和 Notchl可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,两者的高表达有可能作为预 测乳腺癌浸润、转移的指标。 关键词】乳腺癌;HMGB1; Notchl 】R73 】A 】2095-1752 (2015) 15-0038-04 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the significance in the process of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, through detecting the expression of HMGB1 and Notchl protein in breast cancer, and analyzing correlation of its clinicopathologic characteristics. Methods Using immunohistochemical SP method to detect HMGB1 and Notchl protein in 60 cases of breast cancer tissue and the expression in 20 cases of normal breast tissue adjacent to carcinoma, and analyze the relationship with clinicopathologic characteristics of breast cancer patients. Results HMGB1 Notchl protein expression in breast cancer tissue were higher than normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma (Plt;0.05). HMGB1 protein expression mainly in the nucleus, a small amount in cytoplasm,but Notchl protein were mainly expressed in the cytoplasm. In breast cancer tissues, HMGB1 positive expression rate was 76.67% (46/60), Notchl positive expression rate was 80.00% (48/60); in normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma, HMGB1 positive expression rate was 15.00% (3/20), Notchl positive expression rate was 10.00% (4/20). The expressions of HMGB1 and Notchl in breast cancer were related with the lymph node metastasis,histological grade and clinical stage(Plt;0.05), the expressions of HMGB1 were positively correlated to the expressions of Notchl
