ICAM-3蛋白表达在预测宫颈癌放射抵抗性中的应用 (1.如皋市人民医院江苏如皋226500； 2.南通大学附属肿瘤医院江苏 南通 226361) 】目的：探讨细胞间粘附分子-3(intercellular cell adhesion molecule ,ICAM-3)、VEGF (Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的蛋白表达水平 与宫颈鱗癌放射抵抗性的相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测90例中 晚期宫颈鱗癌患者的癌组织中ICAM-3和VEGF的蛋白表达，所有患者均采用同 步放化疗。其中25例为放疗后未控，65例为放疗后缓解。结果：ICAM-3在90 例宫颈鱗癌组织中的阳性表达54例，占60.0%;VEGF呈阳性表达56例，占62.2%。 ICAM-3在宫颈鱗癌放疗后未控组中的阳性表达率为84.0%,放疗后缓解组中的阳 性表达率为50.8%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)； VEGF在宫颈鳞癌放疗 后未控组中的阳性表达率为80.0%,放疗后缓解组中的阳性表达率为55.4%,两 组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。ICAM-3和VEGF高表达均与肿瘤病理分级及 淋巴结转移显著相关，而与临床分期无明显相关性。结论：ICAM-3、VEGF蛋白 高表达与宫颈鳞癌放射抵抗性有关，可作为预测宫颈癌放疗敏感性的指标。 关键词】ICAM-3； VEGF；宫颈鱗癌；放射治疗；免疫组化 】R737 】A 】1004-6194 (2015) 02-0090-02 Application of ICAM-3 protein expression as predictive biomarker in radioresistance of Human Cervical Squamous Cancer Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-3、Vascular endothelial growth factor With radioresistance of human cervical squamous cancer.Methods:S-P immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of ICAM-3 and VEGF in 90 patients with advanced cervical squamous cell carcinoma,of which 25 cases were non-well treated after radiotherapy, 65 cases were well treated after radiotherapy.Results:The positive expression level of I CAM-3 and VEGF were related to clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis;The expression level of ICAM-3 in non-well treated group was higher than that in well treated group(84.0% vs 50.8%, P=0.008).The expression level of VEGF in non-well treated group was higher than that in well treated group(80.0% vs 55.4%, P=0.031). The expression of ICAM-3 and VEGF were significantly related to lymph node metastasis and grade of differentiation,but no relation to clinicai stage.Conclusion:The expression of ICAM-3 and VEGF is related to radioresistance of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
