PAGE PAGE 19 海南大学三亚学院 本 科生毕业论文（设计） 论文（设计）题目： 我国会展教育现状及发展研究 分 院： 旅业管理分院 专 业（方 向）： 旅游管理专业会展方向 年 级、班 级： 2005级 学 生 学 号： 0510813004 学 生 姓 名： 指 导 老 师： 2009 年 5 月 15 日 我国会展教育现状及发展对策研究 摘 要 会展是社会生产力发展到一定阶段的产物。随着市场经济的快速发展，会展业成为各国争相发展的支柱型产业。我国会展业发展时间较短，然而每年都以20%的速度快速增长，占GDP比重也逐年增加。会展业在我国已成为国民经济发展新的增长点。伴随着会展业的快速发展，中国会展教育近年来也呈“雨后春笋”般的高速发展态势。然而，我国会展教育远远落后于产业发展需要。国内会展教育存在的问题集中表现在：会展观念偏颇，人才素质差，授课教师半道出家，专业理论基础薄弱等方面。而西方国家的会展教育专业化较强，教育体系相对完善，管理模式也更完备。因此，有必要对会展教育的发展问题，进行研究与探讨。本文首先探究了国外会展教育的发展状况，以期对国内会展教育的改进和发展提供借鉴；了解国内会展教育的发展状况和特点，并分析国内会展教育存在的问题和弊病；最后，提出国内会展教育的发展对策。 [关键词] 中国；会展业；会展教育；现状；问题；发展对策 Abstract The MICE industry is the development of social productive forces to a certain stage of the product. With the rapid development of market economy, the MICE industry is becoming a pillar of development-based industries, which countries are scrambling to develop. Chinas MICE industry to develop shorter, but every year 20% of the speed of rapid growth, accounting for the proportion of GDP also increased year by year. The MICE industry in Chinas national economic development has become a new growth point. Along with the rapid development of exhibition industry, China’s MICE education is also the rapid development in recent years. However, the MICE education in China lags far behind the MICE industry development needs. The problems of domestic MICE education as follows: MICE concept of bias, poor quality of qualified personnel, inexperienced teachers, foundationally professional theory is weak. MICE education is more specialized, the education system is relatively perfect, and the management model of MICE education is more comprehensive in Western countries. Therefore, it is necessary to research and discussion for the development of MICE education.
