ICU持续护理质量改进防止导管相关性 血流感染防护措施的实施 莫如洁尹小生吴莉 广东省东莞东华医院 A的探讨持续护理质量改进预防ICU导管相关性血流感染防护措施的实施及效 果。方法我院自2015年10月2016年9月在ICU内开展持续护理质量改进活动， 强化护理人员对1CU导管相关性血流感染的防护意识与执行力，建立健全1CU 护理质量标准，不定期考核、评价，并在护理改进活动结束后，与2014年10 月2015年9月间未进行持续护理质量改进活动进行对比，主要对比活动前后导 管相关性血流感染率、置管时间、以及护理人员综合素质水平。结果在预防 CLABSI相关知识的知晓率与预防行为执行率上，活动后达标率明显提升;在置 管时间与住院时间上，活动后较活动前有明显缩短;在CLABS1发生率上，由活 动前的20%下降至2. 5%，前后数据差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论重视持续护理质 量改进，积极落实并强化导管相关性血流感染的防护措施，可有效降低T⑶导 管感染的发生率，值得在临床推广。 关键词： ICU;持续护理质量改进;导管相关性血流感染;防护措施;效果; 2017-07-28 Implementing measures of ICU continuous quality improvement in nursing care to prevent catheter relatedbloodstream infections M0 Rujie YIN Xiaosheng WU Li Dongguan Donghua Hospital: Abstract： Objective To explore the implementing measures and effect of ICU continuous quality improvement in nursing care to prevent catheter related bloodstream infections. Methods Tn our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 continuous nursing quality improvement activities in ICU werecarryed out, the awareness of protection and execution of ICU catheterrelated bloodstream infection of nursing staff were strengthened, the ICU nursing quality standard，regular examination and evaluationwere established and improved. At the end of the nursing improvement activity, the quality improvement activities were compared between October 2014 and September 2015 without continuous care quality improvement activities, the catheter related bloodstream infection rate, catheterization time, and the comprehensive quality of nursing staff were compared before and after the operation. Results Tn the prevention of awareness rate of CLABST related knowledge and the implementation rate of preventive action, the standard rate of activities significantly improved. The catheter time ancl the length of stay were significantly shorter after the activity than those before the activity.
