DHS,股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）及人工关节置换不同 植入物治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效 DHS, PFNA and artificial joint replacement implants the clinical curative effect of intertrochanteric fractures in older adults 】［0的］对DHS,股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）及人工关节置换不 同植入物治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效与治疗效果进行对比、分析。 ［方法］选取我院2008年1月-2011年1月期间收治的股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患 者138例作为本次研允的研允对象，其中有46例患者（A组）接受的是DHS治 疗，有45例患者（B组）接受的是股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）治疗，而剩余的 47例患者（C组）接受的是人工关节置换不同植入物治疗；治疗后，比较术式所 需要的手术时间、术中的出血量、术后卧床时间、并发症情况，同时对患者接受 手术后关节功能状况情况进行了统计与分析。［结果］接受PFNA治疗的患者其在 手术时间、术中的出血量、术后卧床时间、并发症发生率、治疗效果的优良率方 面与接受D11S治疗的患者相比存在显著的统计学差异（p〈0.05）;而接受人工关 节置换的患者与PFNA治疗患者相比，其治疗效果的优良率方面、并发症方面的 发生率都有一定的减少和降低，但其差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0. 05），而其手术 时间、术中的出血量、术后卧床时间是三种手术中最多的。［结论］综合考虑PFNA 在治疗年人股骨粗隆间骨折中其手术过程患者的痛苦最少操作也相对简单、快 速，治疗效果也相对有效、可靠。 [Abstract] [Objective] compare and analysis DHS, PFNA and artificial joint replacement implants in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly and its clinical efficacy .
