Methods 40 patients with missing teeth were inserted 84 implants with the help of DIO IFI implant system. After 3-6 months these teeth restoration were directly completed. After 2 years we evaluated the restoration with the implant success criteria . Results: All of 84 implants succeeded . Conclusions The DIO.IFI implant system with the technology of flapless access directly through the gingiva has these merits： small trauma, shorter operation time, simple operation, safe and reliable, and restoration without the second incision .
