EC is becoming more and more popular in an over coming tendency in the world for it provides the global business environment, enhances the communication speed rapidly saves expenses on managing and lowers the cost of Enterprises Network and wireless communication have brought great impacts on our life. When people want to send e-mails, read news and stocks information, Mobile EC –a new mode of EC comes into being which is a kind of EC combining the mobile communication net and internet and is also an important service the mobile internet offer to its clients. Third generation mobile communication system, referred to as 3G, refers to wireless communications and Internet multimedia communications with a mobile communication system.
