摘 要
随着我国铁路第六次大提速的顺利实施,主要城市之间已经开行了200~250km/h动车组。本文对即将诞生的350公里动车设备舱冷却单元的静强度分析作为参考资料有重要意义。
本文首先从国内外高速列车的发展等方面介绍了高速列车、结构特点及应用,从而指出我国研制高速列车的重要意义,论述了我国高速列车的发展状况;然后介绍了有限元的基本原理;最后,利用大型有限元分析软件hypermesh建立了我国高速列车冷却单元三维几何模型及有限元模型,把冷却单元离散,运用有限元法的基本理论进行单元分析,并用ansys软件进行静强度分析计算,分别计算了超常载荷工况和模拟运营工况。最后,得出结论,予以分析讨论。
计算结果表明:超常载荷工况和模拟运营工况均满足静强度设计要求,结构设计合理。可以作为350公里动车组设备舱冷却单元结构参考。

Abstract
With Chinas railway sixth increase concenience, major cities has 200 ~ between aristarchus 250km/h emu. This article about 350 km of the birth of dynamic cooling unit of tank car equipment static strength analysis for reference to have the important meaning.
In this paper the development of high-speed trains in both at home and abroad was reviewed high-speed trains, structure features and application, thus pointed out that our country developed high-speed trains, expounds the significance of the development situation of our countrys high-speed train, Then introduces finite element; the basic principle of Finally, based on the large finite element analysis software hypermesh established our countrys high-speed train cooling unit three-dimensional geometrical model and the cooling unit, the finite element model of discrete, finite element method is applied to the basic theory of unit analysis, with ansys software for static strength calculation and analysis, this paper calculated respectively supernormal load condition and simulation operation conditions. Finally, draw the conclusion, shall be analyzed and discussed.
The calculation results show that: the supernormal load condition and simulation operation conditions are satisfied static strength design requirements, structural design is reasonable. Can be used as 350 km/h emu equipment cabin cooling unit structure reference.
