摘 要
本文设计的是410t/h燃贫煤高压煤粉锅炉,其过热蒸汽压力为9.8MPa,过热蒸汽温度为540℃,给水温度为215℃。锅炉采用单锅筒,自然循环π型布置固态排渣。采用直吹式系统,四角切圆燃烧,直流燃烧器,重油点火。锅炉前部为炉膛,四周布满膜式水冷壁,炉膛出口处布置屏式过热器,折焰角斜坡上有高温对流过热器,水平烟道为低温对流过热器,且布置了两级喷水减温器,便于调节蒸汽温度。尾部竖井部分交错布置两级省煤器和两级空气预热器。省煤器双侧进水,空预器为双面进风的管式空预器。屏式过热器采用振动吹灰,对流过热器采用蒸汽吹灰,尾部受热面采用钢珠吹灰。

Abstract
This design is for 410t / h high-pressure lean coal boiler, whose superheated steam’s pressure is 9.8Mpa, superheated steam’s temperature is 540 ℃, feed-water’s temperature is 215 ℃. The boiler is π-type with single drum, and it uses natural circulation, direct-firing system, four corner tangential combustion The front of the boiler is the furnace, which is full of water-colded walls. The superheater lays at the furnace exit, the high-temperature superheater is on the slope of furnace, the low-temperature superheater is at the horizontal flue, the tail-flue is furnished with two economizers and two air preheaters. The superheater sets vibration ash-removal equipments, the convection superheaters set steam ash-removal equipments ,the tail-heated surface sets steel ball ash-removal equipments.
