精品 精品 摘 要 类水滑石（HT）是具有层状结构的纳米颗粒，具有层间阴离子的可交换性，复合氧化物的记忆功能，比表面积较大，合成简单，来源丰富，价格经济，对各种重金属离子、有机阴离子、无机阴离子等都具有较强的吸附能力，可作为阴离子选择性吸附剂。 类水滑石的焙烧产物（HTC）具有独特的“记忆效应”、更大的阴离子吸附量及更大的比表面积等特点。因此也是一类重要的阴离子选择性吸附剂[1-2]。 本文采用低过饱和共沉淀法合成CaZnAl类水滑石，比较类水滑石及其焙烧物对磷的吸附性能，考察焙烧温度对其吸附性能的影响，考察水滑石不同的陈化条件及吸附条件对磷的吸附性能的影响。 实验结果表明：经过焙烧的类水滑石对磷溶液具有明显的吸附效果，吸附效果最好的是在70℃时陈化6h的水滑石焙烧300℃后，在溶液PH值为5、吸附温度为50℃时吸附3h，磷溶液的吸附率可达99%。 关键词：类水滑石 制备 吸附 磷溶液 影响因素 Abstract Hydrotalcite (HT) is a layered structure of the nano particles， with interlayer anionic exchange ability，memory function of composite oxide ，large specific surface area， the synthesis is simple，rich sources，Low price， to various heavy metal ions， organic anion， inorganic anions and so has strong adsorption capacity， can be used as anion selective adsorption agent. Hydrotalcite calcined products ( HTC ) has a unique memory effect， greater anion adsorption capacity and greater specific surface characteristics. This paper adopts the low supersaturation coprecipitation synthesis of CaZnAl hydrotalcite， comparison of hydrotalcite and its calcined material on phosphorus adsorption， investigation of baking temperature on Adsorption Properties of hydrotalcite， examines different preparation temperature， different preparation time and adsorption time， temperature， pH value on phosphorus adsorption property the effect of. The experimental results show that: Calcined hydrotalcite-like compounds on phosphorus solution has obvious effect of adsorption， adsorption effect is best is the Hydrotalcite of aging 6h in 70 degree Centigrade，then roasting 300 degree Centigrade，the adsorbed solution pH value is 5，in 50 degree Centigrade adsorbent 3h ，he phosphate solution adsorption rate99%.
