HTJA1000型注塑机设计 摘 要 注塑机是一种塑料成型机械，有柱塞式和螺杆式，是利用注射装置将机筒里已经熔化的热塑性或者热固性塑料以高压，高速注入到成型模具的型腔里，经保压，冷却固化成型后，制成和模腔形状一致的塑料制品。成型时，粒状的塑料被连续输入到注射成型机料筒中受热并逐渐熔融，成为黏性流动状态；经过保压、料筒中的螺杆或柱塞将塑料熔体推到料筒端部，通过料筒端部的喷嘴和模具的浇注系统注入闭合的模具型腔中，充满后冷却，得到固化定型；然后开模并由模具推出装置推出制件。注射成型的生产是周期性该机械由四部分构成：一，合模装置; 二，液压控制系统；三，注射系统；四，电气控制系统。本次设计通过类比和优化方法，以整机设计为主的螺杆式注塑机，主要包括螺杆的设计，喷嘴的设计，料筒的设计，以及合模装置和液压控制系统的设计。通过设计达到了解注塑机设计过程，熟悉所学知识并加以巩固，达到锻炼自己动手能力的目的。 关键词：注塑机，优化设计 HTJA1000 Injection Molding Machine Design Type ABSTRACT The plastic injection machine is a kind of plastic molding machinery, has the piston type and screw is the use of injection device will machine bins had molten thermoplastic or thermosets high-pressure, high-speed injected into the cavity, molding, cooling by the pressure after curing cavity shape made and consistent plastic products 。Molding, granular plastic injection moulding machines by continuous input to a nitrogen-treated barrel and gradually melting heat in and become viscous flow state ，After the pressure, the nitrogen-treated barrel screw or piston will plastic melt till nitrogen-treated barrel ends, through the end of feeding tube nozzle and mould pouring system into the cavities of the closed mold, filled cooling, get curing stereotypes ，Then by mold cavity and launch device launched workpieces ，The injection molding production is cyclical this machine consists of four components: One, shut the mould device; Two, hydraulic control system; Three, injection system; Four, electrical control system 。This design using analogy and optimization method to design is given priority to, the screw injection machine, including screw design, the design of the nozzle, nitrogen-treated barrel of design, and shut the mould device and hydraulic control system design. Through the design to understand, be familiar with injection molding machine design process and to consolidate the knowledge, to exercise oneself start work ability purpose.
