PAGE 精品 摘 要 近年来,随着保险事业的发展和保险知识的普及,保险这一特殊的商品已走进千家万户,遍及各行各业,为社会提供了巨大的风险保障。伴随着保险业的产生与发展,保险欺诈也在逐年增长,这不仅危害保险企业的生存和发展,而且使广大被保险人的合法权益受到侵害。我国市场经济的迅速发展,带动了保险业的快速发展,受利益的驱动,社会上一些不法分子“钻”保险业的“空子”,把发财梦转向保险业,保险欺诈已成为经济犯罪的一种手段,滋生在保险业这一“蛀虫”的不断繁衍与膨胀,给保险业的经营发展带来了极大的危害,其最根本的原因是由于法律对保险诈骗行为制裁乏力。因此,加强对诈骗行为的打击力度、防范保险经营风险是当前保险业面临的重要课题。 关键词：保险欺诈的成因，保险欺诈的危害，保险欺诈的防范 Abstract In recent years, with the development of the insurance business and insurance popularization, insurance this special commodity already famous everywhere, in all walks of life, to provide the community with a huge risk guarantee.
