PAGE w 摘 要 油田既是产能大户,也是耗能大户。油田地面工程耗能在整个油田耗能中占有较大比例,而原油集输系统又是油田地面工程的主要耗能部分。目前国内外对高含水后期油气集输系统效率及能耗分析的研究报道比较少,因此,急需进行大量的工作弥补这方面的不足。 本文依据大庆采油四厂杏十联地区原油集输系统冬季掺水加热期运行数据测试结果,对该地区原油集输系统各部分进行了效率及能耗计算。论文主要包括如下几部分:联合站效率及能耗计算、转油站效率及能耗计算、集输管网效率及能耗计算以及整个原油集输系统效率及能耗计算。在计算的基础上分析了集输系统各部分的用能状况,找出了该地区原油集输系统用能的薄弱环节,通过计算分析,该系统热耗占总能耗的95.76%,因此降低热耗是提高能量利用率的关键。转油站能量损耗占系统总能损的75.62%,是整个系统中能损最大的部分。提出了节能改造方案,并预测了该系统的节能潜力。预测经过节能改造后,该地区油气集输系统每年节电1.878×106kW·h,每年节气2.11×106m3,年节约能量8.61×107MJ。 关键词:油气集输系统;效率;改造;能耗;计算 Abstract The oil field is a large energy producer, as well as a large energy consumer. The energy consumption of oil field surface engineering is a large proportion in the oil field, and the oil gas gathering system is the main energy consumption of the oil surface engineering, the analysis and reports of high containing water period oil gas gathering system efficiency and the energy consumption computation home and broad is not enough. Therefore, a lot of work is needed to make up for this deficiency. The thesis is based on the result of the high containing water period oil gas gathering system efficiency and the energy consumption computation analysis on Daqing No.4 Oil Production Plant. And make computation on each system .The thesis includes the sections as following: the computation of union station efficiency, the computation of Oil Transfer Station, the computation of pipeline network efficiency, the computation of oil gas gathering system efficiency. Make an analysis on each system based on the computation, discovers the weak part. Through the computation, the heat consumption is 95.76% of the total energy consumption. So, reduce thermal energy consumption is the main work; Oil Transfer Station energy loss can be accounted for 75.62% of the total system, it’s the largest losses of the system.
