PAGE 3 中国石油大学(华东)毕业设计(论文) 应用高分子电热膜技术设计 原油罐伴热装置 学生姓名: 学 号: 专业班级:自动化 班 指导教师: 年6月15日 摘 要 本论文主要是研究电热膜在原油罐伴热、保温方面的基础应用,对电热膜的基本工作原理以及在原油罐装置上的安装、防爆有很基本的介绍。 通过已有的电阻丝原油罐加热技术发展而来的新型电热膜加热方法,一般来说电阻丝加热为油罐插入式,电热膜作为一种延展性能、伸缩性能都很良好的材料,可以有多种安装方式,在正文中都有详细的介绍。 原油在加热时容易挥发产生易燃易爆气体,故其相关的各种电气设备都必须有严格的防火防爆防静电标准,在国内一般是按GB3836.1-2000来设计电气设备。 在电热膜的加热效率方面有相关数据的测试,与以往的各种加热设备有 对比分析。电热膜在环境节能方面都有很好的性能,工业生活上都有很广泛的应用。 关键词:电热膜;原油罐;防火防爆;加热效率;安全性能 摘要写的有点散,要再组织一下。 ABSTRACT This paper is to study the basic application of electric heating film in the original tank with heat and heat insulation,as well as the basic introduction of the basic working principle of the electric heating film and the installation and explosion protection of tank installation. The new method of electric heating film derives from the existing technology of resistance heating of oil tank. In general, resistance heat is with the method of Plug-in oil tank. As a kind of material with good scalability and flexibility, electric heating film can be installed with several ways, which will be introduced detailed. Heating oil can volatilize inflammable and explosive gas easily, so the associated electrical equipment must accord strict safety standards for fire, explosion-proof and anti-static. In our country, the design of electrical equipment accords There are some test data about the heating efficiency of electric heating film. Comparing with a variety of heating equipment, we can get that electric heating film can save more energy and be widely used in industrial life.
