浙江大学硕士学位论文 STYLEREF 标题,章标题(无序号) \* MERGEFORMAT Abstract PAGE i 化工行业工程塑料ERP实施与研究 摘要 论文阐述了本人对化工行业工程塑料ERP实施的过程及对其的学习研究。首先分析了工程塑料行业情况。然后以山东道恩集团的ERP实施为例，调研分析了其现状，得出了ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)实施的实际需求。重点制定了ERP实施解决方案。同时描述了ERP实施的项目管理，以及归纳了ERP实施完成的价值体现。最后总结了本次论文工作，展望了自己未来的工作蓝图。 本次实施所用的ERP是Oracle的主打产品之一JDE。 我在项目中主要负责采购、销售、库存、财务等模块的协调实施工作，并培训关键用户上机操作，协助项目经理做项目管理控制工作。推动项目进行，促使ERP自上而下整合到集团工作中，增进了客户对信息化建设的理解，提高了客户工作效率， 解决了许多传统管理无法解决的问题。 该论文是本人经过反复实践研究得出的成果，具有比较强的实践性，但不可避免有不足或错误之处，希望大家给予指导和纠正。 关键词：　实施，管理，ERP，信息化 浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract 浙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract PAGE ii PAGE ii Abstract Paper describes my implementation of the chemical process industry, engineering plastics and their ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) study and research. First it analyzed the situation of engineering plastics industry. Shandong Dawn Group, then the ERP implementation as an example, the specific investigation and analysis of the situation, it comes to the actual needs of the ERP implementation. Focus on the development of the ERP implementation solutions. Also describes the ERP implementation project management, and summarizes the implementation of the completion of the Value of the ERP. Finally, this paper summarizes the work and looks forward to my blueprint for future work.  The implementation of the ERP is used in one of Oracles flagship product, JDE. I am responsible for procurement in the project, sales, inventory, financial and other modules of the co-ordination of implementation, and hands-on training of key users, to assist the project manager to do project management control.
