摘 要 目前PLC 己成为工业控制的标准设备,是自动控制系统的三大技术支柱之一, 在自动控制系统的应用中,可编程序控制器占据着举足轻重的地位。 本次设计的内容是在西门子S7300系列编程软件及WinCC6.2编程环境下对水冲渣系统进行的编程设计及上位机控制画面设计。在熟练掌握S7300梯形图编程及特点和WinCC上位机编程的前提下，对该系统进行全面设计，反复试验。在WinCC画面窗口中显示出与PLC运行相一致的过程和结果，使抽象的程序一目了然地展现与眼前。 本论文大致可分为四个部分：第一部分主要对水冲渣系统设计的相关知识做了介绍；第二部分介绍了PLC的基本组成和工作原理及PLC在自动化系统中的应用；第三部分主要是对水冲渣系统图纸介绍及实验调研；最后一部分是水冲渣系统的软件叙述。 本论文所设计软件可用于PLC和WinCC的模拟运行与学习，经进一步完善和扩充功能也可作为基于计算机平台控制技术的基础。 关键词：PLC；WinCC；画面窗口 Abstract At present PLC has become the standard of industrial control equipment, automatic control system is one of the pillars of the three technology, the application in automatic control system, PLC holds an important position.
