精品 论我国当前的新闻舆论监督现状和解决出路 学 院 专 业 班 级 姓 名 指 导 教 师 2012 年 4 月 19 日 摘要 媒体的舆论监督被视为继立法监督、司法监督以及行政监督之外的第四种监督，它是我国宪法和法律赋予媒体的权利。正确地行使舆论监督权，可以有效地弥补其他三种监督的不足，从而更好地保障民众的知情权、表达权、监督权。 在当前公民的权利意识、主体意识日益觉醒的社会大背景下，对舆论监督的干扰和阻挠力度也在不断加大，新闻媒体开展舆论监督正面临着事实上的现实困境。其中，最严峻的问题就是行政权对新闻舆论监督的非法干涉。分析这一问题产生的成因，并积极地提出应对办法，才能保障我国公民的民主权益。只有排除行政权力对舆论监督的不法干预，才能推进我国的民主进程。 关键词：舆论监督、立法保障、社会主义民主政治  Abstract The media supervision of public opinion is regarded as the supervision of legislation, judicial supervision and administrative supervision and outside of the fourth supervision, it is our constitution and law gives the media rights. Right to exercise the media supervision of public opinion, can be an effective way to make up for the deficiency of the other three kinds of supervision, so as to better safeguard the peoples right to know, express, the right of supervision. In the current citizens consciousness of rights, the main body consciousness increasingly awakening social background, the supervision by public opinion of the interference and blocking efforts also in continuously increased, the news media in the supervision of public opinion is facing the dilemma of fact. Among them, the most serious problem is the executive news public opinion direct illegal interference. Analysis of the causes of the problem, and actively corresponding measures, to safeguard the rights of our citizens to democracy. Only ruled out administrative power supervision by public opinion of the illegal intervention, can promote the democratic process of our country.
