PAGE 摘 要 本文首先介绍了逆变焊机的发展史.由于逆变电路拓扑形式的发展和半导体器件的成熟,出现了逆变焊机。其原理一般是采用整流-逆变-再整流的过程;即交流-直流-交流。分析了各种焊机的优缺点和逆变焊接电源的发展方向。 逆变式焊机具有独特的优点,在国内外已普遍得到公认,且正在全面推广应用。国内有些技术力量雄厚、研发基础好、生产经验丰富的单位和企业、已较好地解决了逆变式焊机的没计、制造工艺以及产品可靠性、安全性等问题。然而,在进入全面推广应用中,还有不少研发单位和企业尚未很好地把握产品的可靠性、稳定性和质量。 再之,即使已把握了产品质量可靠性和稳定性的研发单位和企业,随着输出功率的增大、对焊接性能要求的提高以及优化性能价格比等需求,也需利用新的功率器件和数字化技术,进一步提高产品性能,使产品不断升级,充分发挥逆变式焊机的优越性,如此等等,都要求逆变式焊机技术进一步发展。 本设计通过对主电路工作原理的分析,对整流滤波部分电路参数,逆变部分电路参数的分析,以及内部各个器件的要求进行了说明和分析。从而明确了焊接电源的性能结构和发展方向。 关键词:输出特性;主电路;驱动电路;焊机;绝缘栅双极晶体管 Abstract This paper first introduces the developing history of the welding inverter.
