PAGE 摘 要 聚乙烯(PE)是五大通用塑料之一，其产量和消费量位居各种合成树脂之首，在工业、农业和日常生活中具有广泛的应用。目前我国聚乙烯自给率不足50％．缺口很大．扩大聚乙烯的生产能力将成为今后石油化工行业发展的重要任务。因此，掌握聚乙烯生产技术，特别是通过消化吸收国外引进的生产技术，进一步开发出我国拥有自主知识产权的成套技术和在原有规模上对聚乙烯车间或工厂进行改造，使得聚乙烯的产量和种类都得到很明显的提高和增加。 本文介绍了聚乙烯车间设计的各个环节，包括聚乙烯装置总体设计方案，和聚乙烯生产工序，以及环境保护和劳动安全卫生；概括了改造设计聚乙烯车间的目的和意义，提出了设计中存在的问题及说明。 关键词：聚乙烯；改造设计；聚乙烯车间改造；工厂设计 abstract The polyethylene (PE ) is one of five major general-purpose plastics, its output and location of volume of consumption occupy the first place in various kinds of synthetic resin, it have extensive application in industry , agriculture and daily life. The degree of self-sufficiency of polyethylene of our country is fewer than 50% at present . The gap is very great. Expanding the production capacity of the polyethylene will become the important task of trade of petrochemical industry development in the future. So, master the polyethylene production technology, especially through digesting and assimilate the production technology introduced abroad, develop the complete set technology with the independent intellectual property right in our country further and transform ones own polyethylene workshop or factory on the original scale , make the output and kind of the polyethylene all improved and increased. Transform each link designed , including the overall design plan of polyethylene device after this text has introduced the polyethylene workshop , with polyethylene production process, and environmental protection and labor safety and hygiene; Having summarize transformation purpose and meaning of designing polyethylene workshop, and put forward question and explanation existing in the design.
