PAGE VII 摘要 焦化废水是煤在高温干馏过程中以及煤气净化、化学产品精制过程中形成的废水,其中含有酚、氨氮、氰、苯、吡啶、吲哚和喹啉等几十种污染物,成分复杂,污染物浓度高、色度高、毒性大,性质非常稳定,是一种典型的难降解有机废水。它的大量排放给环境带来了严重污染,有害于人类健康及生物的生长繁殖,并且影响经济的可持续发展。同时酚类物质在工业、农业、国防、医药卫生等方面又有着广泛的应用。因此从废水中回收酚类化合物是变废为宝的环保项目。本设计采用溶剂萃取脱酚法,以二异丙基醚作为萃取剂,采用精馏法再生。在设计中主要探讨了高浓度含酚废水的处理工艺、进行了主要设备的选型和计算,完成了溶剂萃取脱酚工段的设计说明书,流程图、脉冲萃取塔装配图、平面布置图等相关任务。 关键词 含酚废水 萃取脱酚 异丙醚 精馏再生 Abstract Coking waste water is in high temperature coal carbonization process and gas purification, refining chemical products formed in the process of waste water containing phenol, cyanide, ammonia, benzene, pyridine, quinoline, indole and wait for a few kinds of contaminants, complex component, high concentrations of pollutants, high chroma, high toxicity, properties are very stable, is a typical refractory organic wastewater. Its large number of emissions to the environment caused serious pollution, harmful to human health and biological growth, and influence the sustainable development of economy. At the same time the phenols in industry, agriculture, national defense, medical and health, and has wide application. Therefore, recovery from wastewater of phenolic compounds in laboratory environmental protection projects. This design adopts solvent extraction dephenolization method, with two isopropyl ether as extractant, distillation regeneration. In the design of the main production process, discusses the main equipment selection and calculation, completed by solvent extraction dephenolization process design specifications, flow chart, pulsed extraction column assembly drawing, layout and other related tasks.
