w 破包机设计 机械制造及其自动化 【摘要】 破包机是将成捆的稻草包破碎的一种农用机械，该机是由运输机构、破碎装置和机架构成。运输机构维持恒定且缓慢的速度运送稻草包，稻草包送入破碎装置中，破碎刀具将稻草包打碎，并且利用打刀的作用将松散的稻草甩到预定位置。进给和破包的过程同时进行。运输系统采用辊子运送的方式，这种方式方便、实用、可靠；破碎刀具利用回转轴的高转速和大惯性，将稻草包打碎。本机械采用两个动力系统，机主轴系统和进给系统。进给电机的转速选择较低转速，经过摆线针轮减速器得到很大的降速比，带动链轮进而驱动辊子。主轴采用带传动的方式，带传动应用比较广泛、可靠，且皮带具有自保护作用。机构的通用简单也增加了机器的可维护性，破包机的成本不高，在农村市场可以很好的推广。 【关键词】 秸秆 破碎 辊子 链传动 滚筒 【Abstract】The pack-broken machinery is a kind of HYPERLINK javascript:void(0) agricultural?machine which breaks bundles of straw,It is composed of the transport operators, broken fixtures and racks. The machine is driven by two power systems, machine spindle system and the feed system. Feed motor chooses a lower speed, through a cycloid pin gear reducer to be a great spin-down ratio, bring along the sprocket to drive the roller. The spindle uses belt to drive, with a relatively wide range of transmission applications, reliable, and the belt has a function of self-protection. The currency and simpleness of the institutions has also increased the maintainability of the machine.
