PAGE 普通车床的主轴调速 摘 要:随着科学技术的不断发展,机床的电气控制装置亦不断更新。在控制方法上,其发展过程主要是从手动到自动;在控制功能上,是从简单到复杂;而在操作上,是由笨重到轻巧。生产工艺上不断提出新要求,是促使电气控制技术发展的动力,而新型电器、电子器件的出现,又为电气控制技术的发展开拓了新的途径。 本设计的框图,是PWM逆变器转差频率控制系统。此系统主要使用双闭环系统进行控制,电流环和转速环,主电路采用的是 交——直——交变频器电压源型。 本论文详细的讲述了主电路每个环节,整流部分是第一个环节,在整流环节用的是可控整流还是不可控整流,以及它们各自的优点和不足,其中可控整流重点讲述,并对晶闸管的关断及导通条件进行了讲解,逆变部分是第二个环节,在逆变环节中主要讲解了逆变的分类,以及IGBT的工作原理、基本特性和用EXB841的优化版来驱动IGBT。并对调速系统的实施方案进行了论证。在此基础上,调速系统主电路采用了交—直—交变频器调压调速的形式,用的是电容进行滤波及用的是电压源型逆变器。 关键词:双闭环、整流、逆变、IGBT Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, machine tools, electrical control devices are also constantly updated.
