PAGE 精品 精品 毕业论文 题 目: 企业人才培养与使用研究 ——楚天印务总公司为例 院系名称 国际学院 专业班级：人力资源管理 班 学生姓名： * * * 学 号： 指导教师： * * * 教师职称： 副教授 年6月10日 摘 要 供应链管理是一种集成的管理理念和方法，基于供应链管理理论的采购管理是现代企业资源决策和提高核心竞争力的重要手段。但是大多数的企业没有把采购管理纳入供应链管理的视角下。基于此，如何把采购管理有效融合到企业的整体供应链管理系统中，成了很多企业的现实课题。 本文首先通过系统的阐述供应链和采购管理的基本内容，从而构筑了本文的理论基础；继而对传统的企业采购管理特点、存在的问题以及供应链环境下的采购管理模型和特点加以分析；接着提出了供应链环境下企业在实施采购管理过程中需要注重的环节；最后以亚新科南岳（衡阳）有限公司为案例进行研究，结合前述的理论框架，通过对其采购管理现状的分析，找出其不足之处并提出了改进建议和设想。 通过本文的研究，得到以下主要结论：供应链管理是经济全球化下的一种新兴企业管理模式，企业的各项采购管理要基于供应链来进行。企业要建立完善的采购信息管理系统，实施诸如准时化采购等先进的采购管理模式并密切加强供应商关系管理。 关键词： 供应链 供应链管理 采购管理 Title Study on Purchasing Management of Enterprise in the Supply Chain Environment ——Take ASIMCO Nanyue Enterprise As a Case Abstract Supply chain management is an integrated managerial theory and method. For modern enterprises, the purchase management based on the theory of supply chain management is an important approach to making resources decisions and enhancing its core competitive capacity. However, most enterprises do not take procurement management into structure of SCM. Hence, how input procurement management into structure of enterprises’ supply chain management system is becoming a very realistic topic. Firstly, this paper makes a systematic exposition of the content of supply chain and procurement management.Secondly, it analyses characteristics and problems in traditional purchasing management and supply chain environment.Thirdly, it introduces some links that should be taken attention in the implement of purchasing management in the supply chain environment. At the last of the paper, taking ASIMCO Nanyue(Hengyang) Co., Ltd as a case, analysis the condition of its purchasing management, it puts forward some improvement suggestions in the light of the above theoretical analysis.
