榆林学院 毕业设计（论文） 倾斜式焊接回转台设计 所在学院 专 业 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导老师 本次毕业设计的题目是倾斜式焊接回转工作台设计。通过对数控回转工作台的设 计，使大学生在步入社会之前，不仅能够设计出数控回转工作台，而且能够掌握机械设 计的方法和步骤。本课题研究的主耍内容包括：确定数控回转工作台的传动方案；驱动 力计算及其他相关计算；零件设计与校核；零件图的绘制和绘制装配图。 对于数控回转工作台的设计，首先，进行总体方案设计，传动方案采用齿轮传动和 蜗杆传动；然后进行各零件的设计与校核，蜗杆与轴采用整体式结构；蜗轮与工作台采 用螺钉连接；工作台的平衡通过止推轴承来保证；箱体由箱座、箱盖和顶盖组成，其屮 箱体上设计了圆台和加强筋；最后，对各零件进行装配。 关键i司：回转工作台；齿轮；蜗杆；箱体；建模 Abstract The graduation design topic is inclined welding rotary work table design. By the NC rotary table design, make the students step into the society before, not only to design NC rotary table，and can master the mechanical design methods and steps. The main contents of the research include : identification of NC rotary table transmission scheme; driving force calculation and other related calculation; component design and verification; parts drawing and assembly drawing. For NC rotary table design, first of all, for the overall program design, transmission scheme adopts gear transmission and worm drive; and parts of the design and verification，the worm and worm gear shaft adopts an integral structure; and the work table adopts screw connection; working table balance through the thrust bearing to ensure the box body comprises a box seat;，a box cover and a top cover，wherein the box body on the design of the round table and the stiffener; finally, the parts are assembled.
